What is this?
A place to finish the sentence "my boss is a boomer because…" and upvote the ones that hit too close to home. Anonymous, no sign-up, no HR. Punching at behavior, not at people.
House rules
- No names. No real people, companies, or details that could identify someone. Posts that do get removed.
- Keep it funny, not hateful. Slurs are blocked at the door. Mild swearing survives.
- Report anything gross with the ⚑ on any post. Five reports hide a post automatically; a human reviews it.
- Posts are public and meant to be shared. Don't post anything you'd need to take back.
How anonymous is anonymous?
- No accounts, no emails. Your browser gets a random cookie so your votes count once and your posts share a made-up handle. That's the whole identity.
- IP addresses are never stored. A salted, one-way hash of your IP is kept only to rate-limit spam and to block abusers.
- No tracking pixels or ad tech. Cloudflare's cookieless analytics counts page views. That's it.
- Nothing is sold. There's nothing to sell.
Something needs to come down?
Use the ⚑ on the post first. For anything that identifies a real person, or if you're the boss in question and would like a word, email hello@mybossisaboomer.com with the post link. Identifying content is removed on sight, no argument required.
